I'm not sure how our Darters differentiate from your Anhinga but seems they are a different species.
The Australasian darter or Australian darter (Anhinga novaehollandiae) is a species of bird in the darter family, Anhingidae. It is found in Australia, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea. It weighs around 2.6 kg and spans 86–94 cm (34–37 in) in length.
This poor girl has lost a lot of her wing feathers on the right wing.

Nice image. A bit more charismatic than our species.

Beautiful shot Ron. Your Darter is about twice as big as our Anhinga and its coloring is different. The Darter has a white breast and belly while the Anhinga's is black. Both are members of the family Anhingidae and are closely related.
