Well known South African architect Sarah Calburn and young creative entrepreneur Dakalo Dyer team up to create a beautiful range of table and pendant origami lights.

By day, these lights have a sculptural, elegant presence, objects in their own right, while at night they come fascinatingly and joyfully alive. They can be used as occasional lamps, table decorations, dramatic pendants, or as tranquil night lights.

  • KUSUDAMA

Kusudama were small folded decorative spheres suspended with ribbon from a lady’s wrist or sash, in which were held fragrantly aromatic herbs.

  • TOMOKO FUSE

Our sea-urchin lamp was originally designed by Tomoko Fuse as a 30 unit sphere called the SEASTAR, a form we have adapted to resemble our favourite shell.

  • CONVOLVULUS

Our new range of pendant lights are made to the CONVOLVULUS kusudama pattern designed by M. Vahrusheva.
