Movement - Structure of the three Pieces Hirth Coupling Gear
The Three Pieces Hirth Coupling Gear units consist of three parts: Gear plate A (lock to the structure of the rotation disc) Gear plate B (lock to the base structure of the index table) Gear plate C (vertical movement board) As shown in the diagram. Indexing table in unclamp state during the descending of gear plate C. • Gear plate A is being structurally supported tightly, indexing table will not have vertical movement, but rotating smoothly and accurately. • After the gear plate A (disc) completed indexing, gear plate C moves upward to completely matching gear plate A and B, presenting high precision integrated structure. • Gear pate C is able to completely matching gear plate A and B, all teeth of gear plates are with 30 degree angle pressure for accurately matching gear plate A and B, keeping accuracy even after long time. |
