Disclaimer: It it your responsibility to research the fish that you are purchasing from us and determine if it is the correct size, temperment and can be sustained in its required proper water conditions for your tank.  All fish are final sale unless on the rare occasion that they arrive dead. If the fish arrives late due to carrier negligence you must open a claim with the shipping company as we have no control on their error.

If the fish arrive on time but are DOA or look to be in bad condition, these are the following steps needed to establish a refund:

• 1.    Video of you opening the box upon arrival (if you provide video of just the bag or the box is already opened, we will not accept it). 
• 2.    Clear picture or video of the fish in the bag dead.
• 3.    You are responsible for tracking your order and accepting order on time.

Shipping is provided by UPS and rates are determined by size, weight and location at checkout. Items will be shipped out on Mondays and Tuesdays.

If cart is showing shipping is $999 (total weight is over 40 lbs) call to order instead of ordering online. We did not do estimates for shipping over 40 lbs for online ordering since our online orders have been below that weight, but we can do larger orders with a more accurate shipping quote if you call.
