DETAILS:
* This kit provides all the paper materials needed to make 10 Christmas cards.

SUPPLIES INCLUDED:
You will receive the following items in your kit:
* 10 pieces of solid colored cardstock to serve as the mat.

* 10 pieces of scrapbook paper for a decorative layer.

* 10 Christmas-themed cardstock journal cards from Echo Park Paper Co.

* 10 cards made from 80-lb white cardstock.

* 10 white envelopes.

* Written instructions for completing the cards

NEEDED SUPPLIES:
* A strong glue stick, double sided tape (recommended), or other adhesive to attach each layer

* Embellishments, if you choose to add them to your cards

SHIPPING
* All supplies are placed in a large kraft envelope and sealed with washi tape (may vary from picture). The entire kit is mailed in a bubble-insulated envelope.

* All items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.

Change of Heart: If you wish to return your item because you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for paying the shipping to mail it back.

Mailing Back Without Contacting Me: If you decide to send your order back without contacting me, this is considered "items that are returned without a return agreement" and is prohibited by Etsy. I will contact you to arrange payment for shipping the item back to you. You will NOT receive an automatic refund.

My shop is open Monday through Friday and I ship daily. Any orders received over the weekend will ship on Monday. In the case of federal holidays, items will ship the next business day following the holiday.

All orders that qualify for "free shipping over $35" will be sent USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Priority Mail is available at the customer's expense and must be selected and purchased at check out.

Etsy provides estimated delivery dates at checkout, depending on the type of mail service you select. THESE ARE ESTIMATES AND NOT GUARANTEED. The post office does not guarantee delivery dates, and it's totally out of my control as a seller. I do not guarantee delivery dates.

My shop uses tracking services for all orders. The tracking helps the post office determine where a package was delivered via GPS technology. If your package is marked "delivered" but you did not receive it, please take the following steps:
1.) Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally.
2.) Contact your local post office for help locating the package. Provide them with the tracking number and your shipping address. I am available to provide assistance with this step, if needed.
3.) Unfortunately, if the post office marks your package as "delivered" and tracking confirms your address, I have to take that as proof of delivery. Refunds/reships are not given unless a police report for stolen mail is filed.
