Please help to find owners of chihuahua
An Alberton resident has found a chihuahua that seemed to be lost and cannot find the owners.
We found a chihuahua that seemed to be lost and cannot find the owners, so had to drop the dog off at the SPCA. A large number of people post pictures at their local shops, vet, etc – trying to locate their lost pets, but fail to contact the SPCA, which should be their first point of contact.
