Over the years, every time MGK reinvents himself, he debuts a new hairstyle that requires a double take or a few finger snaps and a "you know who he looks like?"
There was that time he looked like a purple pin cushion at the American Music Awards in 2022.
Or there's that time he was feeling a little blue in 2021.
And we can't forget his infamous P!nk era.
Now, there's the platinum blond black-tipped spike era of 2023.
On June 4, MGK performed during Day 3 of the Rock Am Ring (Rock at the Ring) festival in Nürburgring in Nürburg, Germany, debuting this new look.
In classic MGK fashion, he climbed on the scaffolding, and along with his liberty spikes, he looks like a character straight out of Japanese anime preparing his next super move.
And everyone had a lot of hilarious comparisons for his new hairstyle:
One user wrote, "It's giving Cynthia from Rugrats."
Another user said, "I didn't know the Statue of Liberty was this pretty & cute."
One person said, "Bro be looking like the crystal skull from the first live-action Scooby Doo spooky island movie."
Of course, someone compared him to the random TikTok sensation, saying, "Not the island boy."
For the throwback fans, another said MGK is "Looking like that character from every snowboarding game from the late '90s and early 2000s."
Another user took a leap and said he looked like, "Patrick from SpongeBob SquarePants."
And finally, a user said he's giving, "Proto Zoa vibes" from Zenon: Girl of the 21st Century.
